Anyone recommend any (free) games for phone. ideal for playing whilst on the throne sort of thing. Ive been on atomas for months now* and finally getting fed up with it.
Angry birds/candy crush need not apply.

Stick cricket (super league especially) is good and they do other simple games too. Crossy Rd, Head Soccer, PC Pro (football management) are decent
 
Desert golfing.

Would it be unethical of me to ask in this thread the Android equivalent ? More specifically, games which I can play against a friend online, in real time.

Not unethical, but also not optimal. Some people who know of good Android games won't click on this thread because they think it's about iPhones.
 
Things I've enjoyed playing whilst on the loo:
- where's my water
- flow free
- tetris
- airport mania
- extreme landings
- two dots
- roll the ball
- zip zap

There's probably loads more that I've forgotten.
