Yay, went to my Dad's today for Xmas and got my Nifty Fifty!!!

Had a quick play and love it already. The DOF is teeny!!

Will post pics asap.

So happy been waiting ages to get hold of one, apparently they are in quite short supply at the mo?

Rumour has it Santa's bringing me one, however he ordered it too late and so I'll have to wait until it arrives next week :(

It really is a cracking lens isn't it? I've taken all my shots of my kids with mine this week.
Although I'll be reverting back to the kit lens tomorrow just incase, as it just isn't wide enough for our teeny living room.
