Niche market craze - will it catch on

crikey. if thats what you want...

pretty impressive though isn't it, giving birth and taking the photographs as you lay there. That Christa proves women can multi-task after all :D:D:D:D

i wonder what the doctor thought?!

:gag:

nah
the lighting's all wrong
and focus a bit off on a couple as well

re-shoot?

i wonder what the doctor thought?!

I'd imagine being that the Doc was her hubby that he was pretty emotional about becoming a father!!

with the grin on his face, he's the dad or its his first birth

The article states that the Doc pictured is that Dad!!!:bang:

Very cool idea though, and great memories for them.

I'll ask my wife later why she couldn't hold a camera when our daughter was born... Once I've found some sort of body armour :D

Am I the only one who thinks the doctor looks scarily like one of those mad scientists you see in the old B+W movies?? (think it's the lighting)

do we get to see the conception photos? :D:p:bonk:

j/k

Seriously, a unique perspective on a very personal moment
and congrats on the new addition

That's pretty mental. Never seen anything like it. Priceless memories for them though.

I think if I'd suggested that during the birth of our son, I'd have been rushed to the next theatre to have my camera surgically removed...

What an awesome set of photo's I would have loved to get some of my kids being born, but for some reason the wife wouldn't let me, I can not think why.

My wife and I are expecting, so I might suggest it! Although I have a feeling what the answer may be........

Just like she said in the blog, I know I'm going to be terrible with photos after the birth. I apologise in advance for any I post!

Did any of you notice that in the background somebody is also video the events (from the messy end)

Next thing will be photos of conception. I can just see it "and here darling is the moment you were conceived. If you look hard you can see the smile on your mums face. oops sorry i've got the photo upside down."
