Hello Fellow photography fans

My name is Myke and I just discovered this site. I thought it must be full of decent knowledgeable like-minded people

I have been taking photos since 2008 and I'm very much still a learner....BUT I have the passion and this is something I will do for the rest of my life...hopefully I will get better. I have no idea what my style is, I only take photos of what I like or see. I don't mind photoshop or manipulation as my philosophy (if I have one at all) is - the final picture is what matters.

Hi Pete,

Thanks very much. I see you have the camera I would like to own (D700), I'd also like to marry it up with the nikkor 14-24mm 2.8...but at £1800ish and £1350ish...thats a LONG way off! Money is tight at the mo. I am in the process of saving up and I may choose the D300s (or D7000) instead (another cracking camera)
