Did you not have a camera with you ?Walking in Norwich today and saw C1 TOG!
Or a quiltI think it's pants. Makes me think of a mattress!

Exactly my thoughts. But seriously, the plates are worth more than the vehicles these days. As I don't know how old the picture is.f*** all? & Alcoholic Anonymous could be worth a few drinks.![]()

I worked near Lancaster Gate from 2005 to 2008, so the photo would have been taken some time during that period. As I don't know how old the picture is.
Do the AA have a private members club like the RAC? I've been to the RAC one a few times in St James's. Perhaps their courtesy vehicle?I'm willing to bet that 1 FA was owned by the Football Association, which had its HQ at Lancaster Gate at the time.
I have no idea about 1 AA though. The Automobile Association doesn't have a significant presence in London, and Alcoholics Anonymous doesn't have the kind of centralised structure which would be conducive to personalised number plates. Are there any other organisations which use the initials AA?
M8 SUX (the M8 is the rather dubious 'motorway' that runs between Edinburgh and Glasgow.

I don't get that oneA lecturer at college years ago had a Mini (proper one) with the number ORG 169. It was spaced to read ORGI 69!

It is nice isn't itOooh I went there once.
Properly posh!
I've seen a several 2011 Vauxhalls in the area with apt number plates, they all started DU11. Seeing one would have been odd enough but several more so as DU isn't a local prefix.
I know someone with a Ferrari, reg number is 2500, oddly no letters at all. Fairly sure he has a similar plate on an Audi too.
