Well done and many congratulations. Who's going to play you in the film of the play of the book? I believe Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp and George Clooney are fighting over the role; however Keanu Reeves is the front runner as he has the necessary emotional gamut. I await the radio serialisation of the image - it should run for two weeks on Book at Bedtime.

I have a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG way to go before that happens. My head is plagued with the thought of capturing good / interesting light. Thats why I enjoy night time so much, long exposures at night = interesting light. If I can't capture good daylight though, I'm forked. And I can't, it's just so not there when I want it :bang:
 
Its never there when you want it. Its right here now and you can bet your balls that it won't be here tomorrow when I have a commissioned shoot :)
 
If its not there its not there. You have to go back and hope it is when you go back. Dusk is 30 mins and if its not clear you're screwed.

I might ask this in a new thread, but what do you feel the differences are with regards to dusk golden hour versus dawn golden hour?

I think of it purely in terms of if I am shooting towards the east, or the west...nowt else!
 
Nice one gazzers, its definetley a "stunning view" well taken.
 
Dunno if there is any besides that and one being stupidly early and the other not :D
