Hello, just started on this thread. I have been playing on another site but…. well if you can't say anything nice….

Can't wait to get started here. Hope to learn a lot. I've taken a few classes and have upgraded my equipment a few times. Been photographing for many years and practicing is a lot of fun!

We really are a very friendly bunch with loads of great advice on hand so I hope you make yourself at home.

I'll also apologise now because you may find us slightly disorganised at the moment.
In case you haven't seen all the threads we've just moved over to a brand new forum so we're still getting the last few tweaks and refinements settled back down.
 
Appreciate the welcome. Looks like you have gone in the right direction. Doesn't seem to hard to get around!
 
To be honest, I think it's the more established members who were used to the old forum that are going to have the most difficulty.
For new members coming in, this should all be fairly straight forward.

The main bulk of the forum is working perfectly but there may still be a few niggles around the edges.
So if you do find anything that doesn't seem to quite be working as you'd expect let us know (there's a Forum Discussion area for that sort of thing).
And bear with us - things are all being fixed as we come across them.

Welcome Teri, it's good to have you here. This is a friendly forum in the main (!) so I am sure you'll enjoy it. There's lots going on, competitions, 365's and 52's for example that will all help you get out and about.
