Hey everyone,

My name is Esme and i live in Devon. I'm 23, well clinging to it for another couple of months at least! And basically i'm just really starting to get into photography.

Have recently just bought a bridge camera - Fuji Finepix S8000FD. Loving the camera and its capibilities but really wants to get to grips with the manual functions so i can learn in depth in the hope to upgrade to a full DSLR maybe next year.

So i guess i'm here to learn and develop! My main subjects are my marine fish tank, my garden, my bird table and just general friends and family shots.

Hopefully this site will be able to educate me a bit further!!

Welcome to the forum. You''l enjoy it here. Very friendly bunch and very knowledgeable bunch of togs.
Feel free to ask questions and get some piccies posted. As you get settled in, you'll soon get that equipment lust and realise you will only accept the best.
So when you need advice about which NIKON to get, we'll be happy to help you spend. :lol::lol::lol:

You don't live at Sparkwell (Devon) do you?

Only Esme I have heard of was a Koatimundi at Sparkwell!
