Hi all,
Just introducing myself and hopefully gaining some inspiration for what I hope will be a rewarding hobby. If anyone lives locally to Sherwood in Nottingham and likes going out just for the pleasure of photography and not all the techie stuff then I would be up for forming a photography group or similar.

tech stuff is really to help understanding of elemental settings...not a hobby in itself nor a good basis for 'seeing' a shot...just taking it

a bit of each is recommended

Its not that the techie stuff bothers me its just after years of building and repairing puters/laptops I just want to take photos for photos sake

damn right...same with computers as i reckon
ask an IT tech the time and he will tell you how a watch works
