Newbie from Scotland

Hello, Been looking at this site for about a week now, Seems a friendly place with some great photo's. I've always enjoyed looking at photo's and now I want to get involved, Have used a Sony W1 p+s for a few years for hols, pics of family etc. Got myself a nikkon d40 with kit lens and hope to learn how to use it properly.
