Hey all,

I've just started getting into photography. Have a Nikon D3000 with the 18-55vr kit lens and a 55-200vr.

I mainly want to do sports, motorsport and wildlife photography. I haven't got a clue where to do that around Portsmouth though. :lol:


If anyone is around the area and willing to give a noob a hand I'd appreciate it. :)

Hi Andy and welcome to the forum,
Sports - West Wittering and Lee-on-solent have people doing water sports.
Goodwood for Motorsport Believe the festival of Speeds this weekend coming.
Wildlife - we have the Zoo's local also a few wildbird centers are local, but the are the Lakes and Marsh Lands at Hill Head over my side and over your side the land across from i think its Langstone Harbour (Back road to SouthSea and Toys R Us).

Welcome Andy, Im also a newbie/dslr virgin.
 
Hi Andy

We're not far from Portsmouth. Lots of local league football around.

Wildlife and sports needs some pretty long glass and can get quite expensive.
