Newbie from Milton Keynes

Hi everyone! just starting out in the photography scene, so i'm totally a beginner so i may need plenty advices in using different techniques and equipment. My gear wise i just brought myself a Sony Nex-5 with the 18-55mm lens so hopefully this is a good starting point. Also what other equipments should i be getting as i tend to like taking pictures of landscapes and motorsports.

Welcome Biri, the best advice is to wait for a while ,you will then grow into the camera and know what lens ,equipment you are wanting.

i got home yesterday and started playing with the macro, got angry, and jsut started taking pictures of the cat! then tried to explain aperture and bits and pieces to the girlfriend, waste of time, she's not that interested,
