I normaly take photo's of the family/scenery and motorsport but i have recently thought about getting a fish eye/180 lens.

Any tips/ your thoughts?
Suggestions?
Lens choice?

What srrt of things do you want to photograph with it?

Unless you have a pretty clearcut need for it, it is a bit of a novelty item which you probably wont get much use from.

Ive just ordered the Samyang 8mm Fisheye after reading loads of reviews and being recommended it. As said it may be a novelty item so £200-£250 isnt so bad rather than the £600ish for a Nikon Fisheye.

An idea is to hire one from here maybe for £39 for a week and see how you go. http://www.lensesforhire.co.uk/nikon-af-dx-105mm-f28-g-ed-fisheye-200-p.asp
Hope this helps, Phil
