Newbie Book Help

New to photography and need a good book to teach me what all these shutter, aperature, iso settings/ adjustments etc mean and how to use them to my advantage.....Anyone have any recommendations???

yes i know just the one it helps me all the time, its called, THE DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY BOOK, by Scott Kelby. youtube it i think theres a review on there.
