I ordered my triggers on 8th August (Saturday). They were despatched on Monday the 10th and I received them this morning. Build looks good. Duracells are a nice touch and the units even had a silica gel sachet within each battery compartment.
I've only been able to test them up to a range of 21m but performance is almost faultless. I have had no false triggers at all and only 1 misfire out of 87 shots (98.9% success). Given I was gunning the frame rate this seems especially solid performance. Performance at close range also seems fine too.
The only niggle, which doesn't bother me, for the time being at least (perhaps never), is that I have been sent two shutter release cables but only one set of cables to attach the receivers to a strobe. Since I only use hotshoe flashes this is not a problem, but it seems an odd combination of cables to send. I have double checked the
listing and I have been sent exactly what the listing advertised, so I can't complain, but it does seem weird.
I've uploaded several test shots to an online album, just to demonstrate the reliability at 3m and 21m. Several of these were fired as rapid bursts, some at 3FPS until my raw buffer was full and some at 6.3 FPS, again until the buffer filled.

They are a refreshing change from my diabolical Cactus V2s units, which have remained unused more or less since I first bought them. These RF-602 triggers seem like a genuine bargain to me.
p.s. the triggers will also wake up a dozy flash gun with a half press on the shutter button, just as a directly mounted flash would be awakened.
p.p.s. The remote shutter release works perfectly too, with a clear distinction between half and full presses of the release button, and a red/green light combo to further indicate whether you are at half or full press strength.
p.p.p.s The receiver units fit very loosely into the little plastic flash stands that came with my 580EX flash guns. If I am to use those little plastic stands, which I probably won't very much, I will need to find a way to make the fit far more snug or there may be an upsetting accident. I see no problem when using them with proper flash/brolly mounts for a light stand.
p.p.p.p.s. Both my 50D and 1D3 will sync OK at 1/250. At 1/320 the shutter is visible in the bottom 10% of the frame. See image at 1/320....
EDIT : I'm now up to 152 flash exposures and still only the one triggering failure, so that's 99.3% reliability, and no false flashes either
