I understand its not common goal to promote a business in TP forum but I have to share my story.
If anyone is looking to setup a website I highly recommend Square Space.
I did mine yesterday with domain registration in a day, and I have no idea about CSS and other coding methods. All for about 100 quid for the year (unlimited posts, content, hosting and free domain reg).
