Now you are reeling from my silly comment i will try to formulate a better response.......phew that hurts.........Ok here goes:
I assume it is about photography so you need to decide if it represent you as a photographer or your finished work. If the latter do you need an online sales mechanism.
If the former is just a an online brochure to direct prospective clients to to see your work?
I have other questions but lets start with that.

I recently purchased a website domain name and used 'CMS made simple' for the website template.
all you do is play around with it to change it to what you want.

I recommend Drupal as your cms should your website grow bigger, the latest version (5.x) is quite nice.
