Hello.
After being inspired by some macro shots i saw, i decided to consider photography as a hobby, i have also been interested in photography because my uncle makes a good living from it.
I have given my dads old Nikon 8700 coolpix a try a few days ago, got a few decent pics from it but it is limiting on the adjustments and focussing especially
I got my first proper job two weeks ago, ive been doing overtime between my working days to raise money for a camera (and other things). By the way, i am only 16 years old, so getting a first job for my age isnt bad

I plan to buy a 400d from this forum withing the next 3 months, in time for a trip to france and yorkshire.
Ive been reading a lot of posts on this forum for feedback on other people photos, so i can learn what to look out for.
I cannot wait till i go away on holiday this year, theres a lot of good photo opportunities where im going.
Untill then ill be reading up on this forum on advice and getting inspiration from other pictures untill the money rolls in for my first pay day.
