Hi i have a couple of studio flashes and used them but when i do the raw images on the pc are so light.

When i look on the back of the camera they look fine. Is this because of the in camera edit??

How would i make sure the lighting is right from the flashes without having a laptop with me?? so ther is less pp to do

Many Thanks

Are you able to post a couple of images with EXIF intact to have a look at?

Can you also add the flash power as well?

What white balance setting did you use?

You can get a used Sekonic L-308S from fleabay for under £100...

When you shoot in RAW the camera generates a jpeg version that it displays in the monitor. Check that you have a similar setting on the camera as what you have in whatever you are using to process the RAW files and you should get better consistency.
