New to flickr

Hello Amy, and welcome to tp, but if you want (any? most?) of us to look at your pictures and comment to help you improve your photography, then you need to select two or three and post them on here.

As a photography forum, we tend to look at images and give constructive (usually) criticism in order to help each other improve, eg technique, lighting choice and post processing.

If you just want people to look at your pictures, that is the realm of facebook and flickr, and most members on this forums don't bother following links to flickr, etc, in order to comment and crit.

All imho, of course.

Hi Amy. I usually check out people's work if there's a flickr link, and sometimes make a comment, but yes, put a few of your pics on TP if you want some feedback as David suggests.

Hi Amy. I resisted the world of Flickr for ages but when I went over there I found that I LOVE it. Photo forums like these are terrific, dont get me wrong, but I just like the way I can get around and see way more photo's on Flickr. I'm off to visit you now ;-)
