New Speedlite for 5D MKIII, Canon, Yongnuo or other ?

Hi all,

I am due to be getting myself a 5D MKIII this week and as part of my equipment upgrade, I am thinking of getting another Speedlite as my trusty Jessops AFD360 has seen better days after having used it for 3yrs & that was bought 2nd hand, so I dread to think how much is had been used previously. Anyhow I have heard that Yongnou are pretty good at making speedlites at a really reasonable price when compared to say a Canon. I was wondering if anyone here could confirm that something like the YN-568EX II would be worth getting, or is there another brand which users on here can suggest ?.

I'd save your money unless there is something your current flash is lacking that you want! Just Spending a few hundred quid on a new flash is unlikely to see an improvement in your images.

Thanks for the reply, the flash gun that I have got is temperamental, sometimes it goes off & sometimes it doesn't. I was looking at the Yongnou as it can be bought new for under £80.
