My solicitors have spent the day liaising with Marcel and the estate of the late Gumbo-67 who took the original picture [poor woman, such a tragic accident ... oh s***! That's next week... ]
Anyway, we've agreed copyright on the picture and we'll now be pursuing people for unauthorised use at a pound a throw!
I've counted the photos and that's a running total of:
- Nod - £19
- Hepburn - £22
- Cobra - £34
Unfortunately two people seem to have used this copyrighted photo WITHOUT PERMISSION in their avatars, :nono:
so King of Groove owes £4,028
and Flash in the Pan owes £13,747

May I refer the honorable geezer to an earlier post I made before where I said I had used an avatar but the text hadn't come out so it's not an unauthorised photo!
I have also spoken to my solicitors (Ripoff & Extortion) and they feel I have a good case (brought in Allders!) to bring a counter claim for quite a few things and the likely amount of my claim will amount to £55 million!! :rules:
