Pics are loading fine for me on IE7/Vista...

i'm also having this problem with it,also using a laptop at the moment, will take a more indept look when i'm home on my pc, excellent image's though

Not entirely sure why a laptop would be the cause. Its the same OS. I think I've found why it happens, but I need to run some tests.

Well, I will admit to not being 100% certain of it being this site... but I am 100% certain of the black background, and the HDR images coming up.

EDIT: Just went to wifes PC to see if it was in the history folder, and bingo it was. Your image came up on this site;

http://www.vanilladays.com/hdr-guide/

When I entered HDR Pictures into google.co.uk search.

:D Didn't think it was this new one. I'm not entirely sure I even mention HDR on it at all. But the other one is my photoblog and hdr guide.

Oh :( I love these sort of bugs.

Thanks. From what I've read in the forums about lightwindow, its an IE bug. Annoying that its only affecting some users.

Here are a few small things that might be good to change :)
- Make the page title at least explain what the page is about!
- Maybe inject a bit of colour on the link hover states? It would be good to have hover states on the images (maybe a border)
- You need h1 tags
- Put titles on all the links

That will do for now, and i'm sure you're quite aware of all of those!

That is indeed the fix I read about :)

Highslide might be another option: http://vikjavev.no/highslide/doc.php

Thats impressive. Odd that I never found it while researching for a lightbox thing.

Yes yes :p

This website is quite handy for getting a quick look at how your site looks in different browsers:-

Aye tis a good site, but I need to know what happens when someone clicks on an image. Thankfully I have an Intel Mac. I can run Safari, Firefox, Opera, IE6, IE7 etc. Been out all day so I'll get to work in a bit.

Bah :p What do you normally call that thing? Its technical term is a desktop, hence people calling them desktops. Desktop wallpaper.

persued to pursued (who I am)

Clipped letters (as mentioned)

How odd. Not sure why the letters are being clipped. Silly websites :D

Ok. I've fixed the issue with IE7 and the lightbox not opening right. If some people could double check that its ok? Still not sure on the clipping issue.

Hmm. When I looked at the site initially then I think it was using some sort of lightbox derivative. You clicked on a picture and it opened as an overlay on the existing page. Now when I click on an image I get it opening with nothing other than the image. That is to say it is a blank page with the image and I have to click the browsers 'back' button to get back to the main site.

If you are going to stick with that then I recommend you add a couple of links back to the main site within each photos page.

I haven't touched it in the past few hours. I can only assume the javascript didn't load.

Looks great and works great, nice design, classy, great pics, can't find any typos, I think it's done Pete. Nice one.

Think the menu looks fine as it is
