New Photoshop Features

Looks like quite a big update. Probably best to wait a couple of weeks for the bugs to emerge before updating this time...
A wise move... however, you can install the new version alongside the established one.

Select the 'Advanced' options when you choose to upgrade, and choose whether, or not, to delete the old version and settings (I can't remember the exact wording but it should be obvious).

Also, as it's a new version of Photoshop all Plug-Ins will need to be reinstalled. (Apparently for the last time as Adobe have seemingly addressed this minor annoyance going forward).

All of my plugins* seem to work just by copying and pasting the contents of the plugins folder from the old version to the new... ten second job! Briefly tested them all and can't find anything not working.

(*Dx0, Imagenomic, Macphun, Nik, OnOne, Topaz & Totally Rad.)

Downloaded and installed , works fine on Win 10.
The select and mask is very good and easy to use with the proviso you have a good contrast between the item you want to mask and the background ( as normal).
It seems quicker than previous but that might be due to my PC upgrade

Busy playing around with the new Face-Aware Liquify tool. I can honestly never see me using it for serious work but great to have a play with! :)

Yeah its great fun and very clever..... But as you said apart from fun I cannot see me using it on any brides and time soon :)

You could cause some great arguments with it as well... "how come you're never smiling in our wedding photos?!"
Yeah... great fun, I did nearly alter a brides smile recently and it did work well and look convincing but I thought better of it

Some cool stuff. Already used the 'auto liquify' on a couple of images (in that little known corner of photography outside of the wedding industry). Works better on some than others depending on the angles and lighting involved. But makes tweaking things quick and easy enough that I've used it where I wouldn't have bothered going in and doing everything manually before. The computing behind it appears to be about a billion times faster than liquify was previously, which is nice.

Got all my Topaz plugins working but my Nik plugins aren't showing ... I did a copy and paste of the Google file, should I have opened it and pasted individual contents or did I miss something else?

What I did was to run the downloaded nik exe file and that installed them
