I have the Lakes District book and it's a great guide. I've been thinking of getting the Peak District book when it's released but I will have a look at this too.

Without having seen this I will reserve my judgement. It could lead to certain possibly sensitive sites being over-run with well-meaning but results-oriented photographers.

I do hope the publishers have been careful about what they publish.
There are 40 pages as preview on their website. The contents list is there too. Many are well known public or private sites, I doubt there is going to be any sensitive sites that can't be found out without a little research on flickr or via various wildlife trusts/magazines. I doubt this book is going to cause another Thetford.

Good point Jerry and as Rob pointed out, we have been careful and aware of this. Appreciated.

Book slated for return from the printers on 24th March.

All the best,

Mick

Just ordered - not for me, but for my very good friend. I'm sure he's going to love it! I'll let you know what he thinks when I give it to him!
