The bay of Nice is called " Baie des Anges" which means Bay of Angels.

It's curveture is 115.5°.

This arc of steel, which has the same curverture of 115.5° has been located in the heart of Nice since 1988 as an "epouse" ( spouse) for the Baie des Anges and to commemorate 100 years of the coastline being called the Cote D'Azur
