Whilst on holiday I came across Cornwall Cameras in Truro today. They have the Nikon MB-D11 Grip for the D7000 for £129.00. They have a website but do not have them advertised on it. The fella in there told me they have 5 in their Truro store and their St Austell store also has a few in. Given that second hand ones appear to be going on here for £140 - £150 these appear to be a bargain. They will post out to the UK.
As an aside they had some well priced 2nd hand gear there too and were really friendly.
