Well.. 35mm f/1.8 with AF-S. And only DX?! Blimey.

Going for the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 space I guess, albeit 2/3rd of a stop slower.

Interesting - nowt wrong with the 35/2 AF-D though, although price wise this is similar.

Quite tempted to try one for my D40 - especially as prices for the Sigma 30mm f//1.4 have gone mental!

Agreed, I'd really like to see something go toe to toe with Canon's 35/1.4L really.

I'm really surprised by this lens - make a change from another DX 18-xxx kit lens guess though :)
 
I have an old MF 35 F2 and love it Andy.....:thumbs:
