Married a Yorkshire lass a few years ago and in my speech said "Thank you for all the lovelly presents. Just goes to show it is untrue what they say ie that a Yorkshireman is just like a Scotsman but with all the generosity squeezed out of him". The non-yorkies (my lot) thought it was funny !

Anyway, enjoy the forum.
