Hi I am a new member, Ian (redhed17) my DSLR Photography teacher recommended this site especially for "newies" like me!
I have a question? I am (ultimately) interested in doing some night time wildlife photography, bats in particular. These are extremely fast little creatures to catch. However, I am unsure what I would need? I have a Canon 400D SLR with a Speedlite flash BUT I am unsure what else it is I need? Presumably some sort of sensor that the bat "breaks" as it passes to trigger the flash? So I guess it's not a remote flash? Or could it be the Canon ST-E2 Speedlite Transmitter ? Probably not? Help? Regards Tony
