Hey there folks, I've joined the forum to enjoy seeing photos, sharing ideas, sharing some of mine and hopefully to get to know similar minded people.

These days I tend to photograph using my smartphone as I am mostly armed with it for safety. I'm a wheelchair user with longterm disease, so I feel somewhat limited on accessing places and it depends on if I'm up to trips out...that said I love to take macro style shots. Sometimes of nature and other times to highlight something often missed. Being at wheelchair height can also give me a different perspective on views.

I'm based in the East Midlands. I recently got an assistant dog so she gets her photo taken quite often! Other than that, feel free to ask, to chat or...

Thanks

Hi and welcome to the forums, I myself am partially sighted and can appreciate the limitations you experience. A small compact such as the Sony A6000 may be of interest to you.

Hi, And welcome aboard TP, looking forward to hearing from you and maybe seeing some of your images on the various forums. "Enjoy".

Hi and a warm welcome to TP.
Hope you enjoy yourself here :)

Hello and welcome to the Forum

Hi all...so many thanks for the welcomes.

My assistance dog is a golden retriever...who is sometimes less golden and more dark brown - she loves bogs, amongst her actual duties helping me, of course!

Well...less so than a lab! Lol.
And being an assistance dog she has been trained to steer clear of foods.
