New member needing help

Hello good people and thank you for taking on a complete novice. I'm looking at getting in to photography and have confused myself with reviews.

Hi Paul, welcome to the forum

I see your post in the help section and you are going through the same problem/process I did many moons ago!

The good people that have offered suggestions have also gone through the same issues.

I would certainly buy used and that gives you much more latitude if you change direction later, all the very best.
