I know these people are the scum of the earth but, this is scraping the barrel.

I had that message yesterday too. There really is no depths to which people won't sink in an effort to gain your personal info.
 
Most of us just get away with being sickened by it but, imaging the anguish it will cause the less savvy internet users with health issues, even if they don't go as far as opening the attachment.
 
Yep I received one yesterday saying they were compiling a list of passengers for the Malaysian airways jet and someone of my name was on it , could I confirm that I wasn't that person (by providing various personal info to verify my identity)... sigh.

With regard to the OP I'm not entirely surprised that they can't spell haemoglobin , but "Wite" seriously :bang:
 
I spotted it in my spam folder the other day too. Sick.
 
Not spam though, more likely trying to get a worm or other such nasty critter onto your pc for nefarious reasons.
 
New one on me, so will look out for it in case it pops up in my in-box and delete immediately. Thanks for the warning.
