The Rovelight is a good product, made in China and re-branded by Andorama - but, if you import it and it goes wrong, nobody in the UK will be able to fix it...
We sell 150cm folding octa softboxes. And others are available elsewhere
There are plenty of people selling 'C' stands, AFAIK they're all copies of the real thing, which doesn't mean that they're not OK, although there is always a risk.
 
To add to the above:

Rovelight 600B - nowhere, though you can import the Chinese equivalent yourself and there are similar products. What's on your 'required' list? What do you think the Rovelight will give you that nothing else will?

Avengers C stand. C stands aren't so popular this side of the Atlantic, but as above you can get them from places like Essential photo or The a Flash Centre. But again, why a C stand rather than a decent standard light Stand?

And a 5ft Octa?? Obviously anywhere that sells flash gear. Bessell and Lencarta would be my go to for a first look.

I'd suggest an alternative to the Rovelight would depend on budget and your exact requirements.

It might sound pernickity but there are lots of mobile heads around now, some are better at doing some things, others better at other things.

If you're interested in the long tail sync of the Rovelight you might be more impressed by the Godox ad600 which has true HSS, or the Elinchrom with the new HS head. If you just want a budget solution, there's loads of Chinese gambles to aim at, or you might be more interested in decent support and a warranty, which will cost a bit more but you'll get a decent brand. Lencarta, Elinchrom, Bowens, Profoto all do decent portable products.

I appreciate they're heavy and great for a boom, but also... They're heavy and a PITA to store compared to a standard light stand.

I think if I had a permanent studio I could become fetishistic about grip kit, it plays to my engineering roots, but for a 'sometimes' lighting photographer I don't have the storage space.

As I said though, it really depends on the OP's actual requirements. His list so far looks very much like a wishlist from POTN ;)

In reality it is just the weight as they collapse right down for storage, would not want to carry one for street photography :)

mainly want to use HHS and 600WS and the battery im intrested for the Rovelight , also see that Jinbea etc and others im also looking at.

I plan to sandbag the hell out of the C stand due to wind etc as i want to use it out and about.

I do like wishlists :D keeps me set for things to buy! :D

If I was starting now, I'd definitely have a look at the Godox AD600, I think it's better than the Rovelight in every single way.

And if you're planning on carrying the stand any distance, a C stand is seriously asking for more hassle than it's worth.

I've done a stand, remote flash and camera bag over rough terrain and up hills, and if I'd had a C stand to take, i'd have left it behind :help:

The remote head leads are now becoming available via Amazon & EBay for the AD600 so the head weight is vastly reduced
