I joined a while back, intro'd myself but never really posted.
Anyway, I'm back now and (I hope?) better than I was before! Still not ventured into the world of the DSLR because my real love is film. Sadly, it's very rare that I work with it because it's expensive! Hopefully investing in a negative scanner will help with that greatly.
I was 19 when I first joined and am now 21. For digital stuff, I use a basic fuji bridge camera but it does the job. Not as good as I'd like it to but good enough. My real babies are my film cameras, though. I've had my Minolta Dynax 4 for a good few years and have added a couple of lomo cameras over the years. They're a wee bit magical.
I absolutely love the old, classic cameras. I'd quite happily sell my soul for a lot of them. Both the proper classics and the modern remakes appeal to me.
I start Degree Foundation Photography at the end of August which is really exciting! I can't wait to get into the dark room.
So I hope I'll have a better time here than I did last time and actually stick around

to TP. Do stick around, there's plenty of fun stuff here, and a little bit to help with the learning curve.
