How can companies sell the new iPad for £40 less than the RRP?

eg; theres a company of Amazon marketplace thats knocking them out for £360 with pretty good feedback too. I'm after one of these, but something keeps putting me off and I don't know what! Am I just being too cautious?

No it's not, it's an Ipad 4th Gen with WiFi in black or white.

CarphoneWarehouse were selling the 16GB in back or white for £359 last month, and Currys price match CPW as well.

Might be worth watching if they have a sale again if you are wary of the unknown Amazon sellers.

Where did you see it. I can only find Gen 3 at £360. At £260 it's worth upgrading my Gen 1
