Hi, I'm a newbie madly reading far too much information before parting with her hard earned £££ for her first DSLR. I take thousands of photos each year and love messing about on my computer doing stuff to them. This seems like a sensible next step as my point and shoot frequently frustrates me. Looking forward to wading through even more info on here.

there are options to dslr's for general photography....look about
 
If only it was like this everyday! I'm reaching brain busting point on what to get as I know that I am going to use it lots so second hand probably won't work long term for me but its a good way to get some kit to start with. So many choices.:bang:
