Hi All,
Peter from Liverpool here...
Had a DSLR for about a year now, and for the past 3-4 months have been trying to 'master' it.
I've got a good idea about the technical side now, and shoot in RAW and on Manual mode all the time.
Only thing I'm lacking is INSPIRATION and CREATIVENESS!
I hope I can gain some from this site.
I've been mainly concentrating on shooting my little boy (11 months old) and more recently Fashion/Beauty... I've been working with a pro to try and gain some experience.
My next buys will probably be some lighting equipment, a wide angle (10-20ish) and either a Canon 50mm f/1.4 or Sigma 30mm f/1.4. I know the wide angle is more often that not used on landcapes but I've seen some excellent fashion photos where a wide angle has been used!
