Hi All,
Firstly, what a wealth of talent and knowledge there is within these forums. I also appreciate the way in which the forums are broken down into the individual bias. So well done all.:)
I started photography in November 10, when I bought a second hand olympus e520 with a great lens, just wish I had started sooner.
I am in Kent, although originally from Scotland, I began my career in graphic design, and I see photography as an artform.
I am keen to develop my new passion, and I can't understand why it's easier to offer objective advice on other's work, and I also welcome constructive advice on my shot's to enable me to improve.

Question: How can we ensure we get suitable photography related gifts for christmas and birthday's?

I may well offer it up for discussion, most people with a hobby like say golf, are normally catered for at christmas.
