hi guys,

im dave, 22 from chatham, kent.

fairly new to DSLR, got myself a 40d, 580exII Flash, canon EFS 17-85 IS USM F4/5.6, Canon EF-S 60mm f2.8 Macro USM

getting a 18-55 IS f2.8 USM (as of next week i imagine -thanks torque22)

looking for members close to me that might be able to give me some help (in person)

looking to use photography as a career in the future, but need to get fully trained before i take the plunge. (weddings and portraits)

Fancy seeing you here mate..;) You'll enjoy this place loads of friendly helpfull advice and ideas..as for weddings your braver than me..I'll stick to reptiles.:nuts:
 
hehe well i hope to build up to that point, but for now im interested in photographing anything really, just to get the experience in and a thorough knowledge of my camera
