Having been shooting equestrian for a while and not using any type of flash, I have come to the point where this will be changing!
I recently did a few photos of a friends christening using my D600 and the baby SB-400 and people were so pleased I have now been asked to do some shots for a wedding. Nothing proffessional, as they were not even going to have a pro there, so the pressure is off somewhat!
Although the SB-400 did a good enough job for the majority of the shots, I think having a better unit with filters etc could/would have done a better job.
The SB-400 is so simple to use, bounce of ceiling and away you go!
I am looking at the SB-700 and will be on a quick learning curve before the wedding!
Any tips/guides people could point me in the direction of? The SB-400 has an on/off button and thats as complicated as it got! The SB-400 has a screen and buttons!
