I got an email from them the other day.

Basically I interpreted it as, if you sell something and there is a dispute. If eBay find in the buyer favor as they so often do, eBay now have the right to dip into your paypal account to refund the buyer.

How cool!, so not only does paypal do it, eBay also!

Pay pal is owned by Ebay... same company.

I know, it has been for a long time. But the point is now that eBay can dip there hand into your account without asking.
