Currys & PC World have the Sony a230 @ £249. There is a code for £10 off everything over £199 and with quidco/topcashback it should come out at about £230.
 
Jessops had them (with the kit lens) in their clearance section not that long ago for £105.....

Yes Jessops have some crazy bargains but you have to be quick...
