Hi everyone.
Having flirted with the idea of a few different cameras in the end budget meant I went for a D90 with 18-105 kit lens and an absolutely over the moon with my choice so far. It's my first venture into the DSLR world and some of the advice I've read on here was invaluable in getting me up and running. After a couple of post I want to become more active on the forum and start by formally saying hello to everyone. I am based in the North East of England and I bought a DSLR to primarily take better pictures of my 11 month son as he's growing and then see where it takes me as there's some pretty inspiring stuff on here.
