just do a search there is a million and one threads on the same thing the easiet option would be wordpress as there is so many add on's m,ost fro free aswell and easy to set up

What's your website budget?
What sort of volumes of pictures?
How will the website fit into your marketing strategy?
What other marketing are you planning?

If you thought you'd just put up a website and the world will find you - you've a steep learning curve ahead.
