Hi Boy and Girls! :wave:

Cant remember how i stumbled across this place but i have been lerking about for the last few days. So time to say Hello :thumbs:

I must say looking at some of the photos on here is an inspiration! :eek: :clap:

After using a nikon coolpix that i bought about 5 years ago, i decided to jump in and have just purchaced a Pentax *istD L2 i got it second had but its as new. And im learing everyday!

Its amazing how im looking about throughout my day thinking... That would make a good shot... hehe

Here is somthing i took yesterday out of my van window from a layby

You have also shot directly into the sun ... Resulting in some blown highlights ( The cloud in the middle )

Welcome to the forums. People will usually tell you what can be improved rather than just say 'nice shot'. Usually they are right (not always though) and trying to help so they are 'being nice' really :)

Yeah its good to get feed back not put any real effert in yet tho just taking loads of shots and learning the camera.

I was gonna tell Joe off for being cruel, being picky on the poor guys first shot! :shake: but i'll let him off following your very nice explanation of why its not being mean! :D
