New bag advice

I'm looking to purchase a new bag asap as the one I'm using at moment is slowly falling apart (amazon basic rucksack) had it a yr so time for new one I'm looking at either hama rexton or a lowepro the equipment I carry is d300 3 lenses a flashgun a battery grip charger and odds and sods and a monopod so looking for a shoulder type bag any help advice would be really appreciated . It's not a shoulder bag but I use the lowepro flipside 200 backpack which holds my A33 with 18-200 attached, 18-55mm & 28mm prime + other bits n' bobs.

They do a larger size, think it's the flipside 400 which might suit your needs.

Tamroc do some nice bags. Just bought one form Amazon. Small but able to carry an extra lens, flash and charger etc

Shoulder type bags can be very uncomfortable after a while and can't be that good for your posture

Can recommend the Flipside 400, comfortable even when loaded and has nice padded straps including the waist ones
