New 5D MkII and proud of it.

Having spent a few days chin stroking and head scratching, I've taken the plunge and bought a new 5D MkII.
I thought long and hard weighing up the differences between a Mk II & Mk III
But I primarily take landscape pictures from a tripod; so I considered the major advantage of the III over the II as a few more mega pixels, faster burst rate and faster speed.
None of which I need.
However the quite significant price difference perhaps means a quite significant piece of glass to go with it.
So the Mk II it is, not even powered it up yet, it's out of the box but thats as far as I've got.
So here's hoping for a nice clear sunny day tomorrow!!!!

I was in the same position as you however I decided on the MKIII because I want to photograph my son who is starting to get fast and riding his bike in events. I primarily take landscape shots and portrait but getting more into sports etc.
