Neewer CT-16 or Neewer FC-16

I am a little confused as to what the difference is between the Neewer CT-16 and Neewer FC-16. The FC-16 has a higher frequency but apart from that what is the essential difference?

Possibly just the frequency- I know that Godox have some older 433mhz? Products still
