I'm looking for a bit of plastic pipe that'll clip to a backdrop to weigh the bottom of it down. I had a promotional marvel poster that came with a bit of 3ft plastic that has a slot all along it allowing the poster to be feed through it and weighs it down. I don't know what that bit is called but that's the type of thing that I'm after. Anyone have an idea where to look for that or what'd be called?

Oops! Just noticed that supplier is in Ireland, but I'm sure you'll find one somewhere else . . .

Why not just cut a bit of plastic pipe along its length? Cheap as chips out of B&Q (or any other retailer) and you can get exactly the length you need.

@wilt Steven

Apart from confusion about the intended application, just how wide is the backdrop?

Leading off of what @Scots_quine suggested:-

If you can get some shower curtain weights (magnetic pairs that you arrange along the bottom edge) and then use a length of plumbing pipe insulation. This insulation is pre-slit and I think you can get it in various diameters.

So, if you can get a suitable size, though it is not rigid it is stiff, you could then slide it along the edge enclosing the magnetic shower weights = a weighted down backdrop with a stiffening tube along the bottom to keep it (relatively) flat.

I've bought some vinyl backdrops and want to roll each one individually.
I'm using a bit of 2" plastic pipe with it taped to it to roll it on.
I'm looking a small round pipe (that's sturdy) that can be clipped to the bottom of the vinyl to keep it taut.
The bit that came with the poster would be ideal but i need it to be 5ft in length. It has a slot that's sort of spring loaded, that once the backdrop is feed in to it, holds it firmly.
Ideally if i could find this and just buy it in a longer length, it would be small, light and easy to use on other backdrops.
